I just finished reading all of your posts (yes, all of them). I was stuck at home today because a spring on my garage door snapped last night and the door would not open this morning. While searching for info on this spring, I recalled the last time I had a problem with the door and googled "garage door frozen down" and the rest is, well, a day of getting to know you. I'd never had any interest in reading a personal blog before today, but after reading a few posts, I started at the beginning and read them one by one. Thank you so much for sharing yourself with the world.

I got gas for $2.01 today! $1.99 is even better. Can I get an AMEN!

I'm so excited about it. But nervous. Very, very nervous.

Glad you're back to the blog-o-sphere. We've missed you!

...and there you have it. Proof that JR was wrong! This stuff doesn't put people to sleep...it even makes total strangers and secret admirers spend ALL day reading past posts! Sooo...OUT with the blogger-block and IN with the daily postings! Get on it yoh!

Secret Admirer: Wow, thanks! I am glad you had something to keep you busy whilst snowed in. The internet has really made the world a lot smaller, eh?

Ash: Hallelujah sistah!

Teq: Gas makes you nervous?

Karen: 'tis flattering, indeed. Unfortunately, Jen's snarky remark isn't the only thing at play here. I GOT NO INSPIRATION. :)

Whatever. I'm telling you.....the "tape" conversation would have your readers in the hospital. Especially the stick pictures I'm envisioning that would go along with the demonstration. (Nothing distasteful, mind you...just hysterical!)

I have a hundred bucks that says next summer we'll be back to $4-a-gallon. However, if people in the U.S. keep their consumption down, we might see it permanently low. But based on the demand rising this month, I think the opposite will happen.

Time for electric cars?
